  19. Perhaps I slightly over-stated my point!  Still, an A500 + `020 with 2Mb ram 
  20. is not as good as a base A1200 - would YOU still use DPaint on an A500 rather 
  21. than an A1200?  Didn`t think so! :P

  23. Of course, ECS machines *can* be as good in some situations - but AGA is the 
  24. way forward untill we get the PPC.  Just a pity that no mid-range AGA machine 
  25. exists - or I could have trounced your argument completely :(( ....  Think AT 
  26. will get the hint?  and the cash....?

  28. An A3000 is a good machine in comparison to the A4000 with respect to price, 
  29. which is a real shame, and the reason why I'd recommend an A1200 if possible. 
  30.  Slots would be nice (possible, but very expensive to add).

  33. csa.advocacy after all! ;^)
